1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and crekix ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing all access to and use of the crekix website located at crekix.net, including all games, sports betting markets, promotional programmes, payment services, and customer support facilities made available through the platform.

By creating an account or placing any wager on crekix, you acknowledge that you are entering into this agreement freely and with full understanding of its contents. 2 Age Restriction

3 Account Registration

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

4.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals may be restricted in the following circumstances:

• The player's account has not completed identity verification;
• Active bonus wagering requirements have not been met;
• A security review has been triggered on the account;

4.4 Currency

6 User Obligations

By using the crekix platform you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and in a manner that does not interfere with the experience of other users, the integrity of the platform, or the smooth operation of crekix's systems and services.

6.1 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on crekix:

• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the platform in a way not intended for genuine human players;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game errors, or payment processing anomalies for financial gain;
• Engaging in collusion with other players in any multiplayer game context;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account;

7 Intellectual Property

All content appearing on the crekix platform — including but not limited to the crekix name and logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the property of crekix or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the crekix platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute any crekix content without prior written authorisation;
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform;
• Use the crekix brand, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context without explicit written consent;
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the crekix website.

8 Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

8.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrectly displayed odd, payout, or game result, crekix reserves the right to void the affected bets or game rounds and return the staked amount to the player's account. crekix shall not be obligated to honour payouts resulting from a manifest technical error, regardless of whether funds were credited to a player's account in the interim.

8.3 Third-Party Content

Games and content provided by third-party studios on crekix are the responsibility of the respective provider. crekix acts as a distributor of such content and is not the developer or operator of the underlying game software. 9 Account Closure

Players may request the closure of their crekix account at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed promptly. Any remaining balance in a verified account at the time of closure will be refunded to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and standard KYC checks.

9.1 Closure by crekix

• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations requiring crekix to restrict access.

9.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request voluntary self-exclusion from the crekix platform. 10 Amendments
